Embassy Office Parks REIT declares distribution of Rs. 5.31 per unit

The Board of Directors of Embassy Office Parks Management Services Private Limited ( EOPMSPL ), Manager to Embassy Office Parks REIT (Embassy REIT), at its Meeting held on Wednesday, January 25, 2023, through Audio-Visual Electronic Communication has declared distribution of 5033.32 million (Indian Rupees Five Thousand and Thirty-Three point Three Two million Only) / 5.31 (Indian Rupees Five point Three One paise Only) per Unit for the quarter ended December 31, 2022. The distribution comprises 654.05 million (Indian Rupees Six Hundred and Fifty Four point Zero Five million Only) / 0.69 (Indian Rupees Zero point Six Nine paise only) per Unit in the form of interest, less applicable taxes, if any, 2113.80 million (Indian Rupees Two Thousand One Hundred and Thirteen point Eight Zero million Only) / 2.23 (Indian Rupees Two point Two Three paise Only) per Unit in the form of dividend and 2265.47 million (Indian Rupees Two Thousand Two Hundred and Sixty Five point Four Seven million Only) / 2.39 (Indian Rupees Two point Three Nine paise Only) per Unit in the form of proceeds of amortization of SPV level debt.
