Suryalata Spinning Mills Ltd to acquire Suntree Solar Energy Pvt Ltd

Suryalata Spinning Mills Limited ("Company") has executed the Memorandum of Understanding and Share Purchase Agreement with the shareholders of Suntree Solar Energy Private Limited ("Suntree") today, i.e. the 23rd day of January, 2023 and has thereby acquired 100% shareholding of Suntree and with this Suntree (holding 10 MW Solar Power Plant in operation) becomes the Wholly Owned Subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of SURYALATA SPINNING MILLS LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 315.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 310.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 824 in over 32 trades.
