KEI Industries Ltd declares interim dividend of Rs. 3

The Board of Directors of KEI Industries Ltd at their meeting held on Monday, the 23rd day of January, 2023, has approved the declaration of Interim Dividend of Rs.3.00/- (i.e. @ 150%) per Equity Share of face value of Rs.2.00/- each for the Financial Year 2022-23.

The Board of Directors of the Company has fixed 03rd day of February, 2023 as the "record date" for determining the shareholders entitled to receive the interim dividend for the financial year 2022-23.
