KPI Green Energy Ltd board allots bonus shares

The Board of Directors of KPI Green Energy Ltd at its meeting held today, has considered and approved the allotment of 1,80,67,000 (One Crore Eighty Lakhs SixtySeven Thousand) equity shares having face value of Rs.10/- each as bonus equity shares, in the ratio of One (1) equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each for every One (1) existing equity share having face value of Rs. 10/- each, to the Members whose names appeared in the Register of Members/List of beneficial owners as on January 18, 2023, being the record date fixed for that purpose.

Consequently, the paid-up equity share capital of the Company stands increased from Rs. 18,06, 70,000/- (Rupees Eighteen Crores Six Lakhs Seventy Thousand only) comprising 1,80,67,000 (One Crores Eighty Lakhs Sixty-Seven Thousand) Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 36,13,40,000/- (Rupees Thirty-Six Crores Thirteen Lakhs Forty Thousand Only) comprising 3,61,34,000/- (Three Crores Sixty-One Lakhs Thirty-Four Thousand) equity shares of Rs. 10/- each. Further, the company will make necessary arrangements to credit the bonus shares/dispatch the share certificate, as applicable, on or before January 29, 2023.

Shares of K.P.I. Global Infrastructure Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 445.25 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 456.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7445 in over 788 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 458.00 and intraday low of 440.65. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 3329447.00.
