Hindustan Zinc Ltd approves 3rd interim dividend of Rs. 13

The Board of Directors of Hindustan Zinc Ltd ("the Board") have approved the third interim dividend of Rs. 13/- per equity share i.e. 650% on face value of Rs. 2/- per share for the Financial Year 2022-23 amounting to Rs. 5,493 Crores.

The record date for the purpose of payment of third interim dividend, as already communicated is Monday, January 30, 2023. The Third interim dividend will be paid within stipulated timelines as prescribed under law.

Shares of Hindustan Zinc Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 377.55 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 361.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 201468 in over 5318 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 383.00 and intraday low of 363.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 74920229.00.
