Vivanta Industries Ltd receives orders worth Rs. 52 crores

Vivanta Industries Ltd is in receipt of Work Orders worth INR 52 Crores (Fifty Two Crores Rupees Only) in Institutional and Industrial categories.

Receipt of an order for construction of 165 beds hospital at Dahod in association with Apollo hospital.:

The Company has entered into agreement with Sarthak Multispeciality Hospital LLP Dahod, Gujarat for the execution of Hospital with the capacity up to 165 beds to be constructed at katwara, Indore Highway Dahod, Gujarat. This facility is spread over 80,000 Sq, ft area which is second largest facility of Dahod. This project will also cater to secondary care services on cost effective model for middle strata of the population. The project is expected to commence operations from April, 2023.

Setting Laboratory up of the in South Sudan:

The Company has entered into Joint Venture Agreement with Tamy General Trading Co. LTD. The Joint Venture will conduct its business under the name of South Sudan Analytical Laboratory. The Joint Venture shall be formed for the purpose of setting up Government approved analytical testing facilities for pharmaceutical formulation, Medical devices, Mineral Water, Gloves and Condoms. The project is expected to commence operations from April, 2023.

Shares of Vivanta Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 23.15 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 23.50. The total number of shares traded during the day was 10267 in over 40 trades.
