Lloyds Steels Industries Ltd to change name as Lloyds Engineering Works Ltd

In view of rebranding of the Company, the Board approved change in the name of the Company from "Lloyds Steels Industries Limited" to "Lloyds Engineering Works Limited" or any other suitable name which may be available with Registrar of Companies, subject to approval of Shareholders of the Company, Registrar of Companies and of any other authority as may be required.
