Hazoor Multi Projects Ltd fixes Jan 20, 2023 as record date for rights issue

The Right Issue Committee of Hazoor Multi Projects Limited in its meeting held on Monday, January 16, 2023, has fixed the record date for the purpose of determining the shareholders who will be eligible to apply for the Rights Equity Shares as Friday, January 20, 2023.

The Committee also approved the following schedule for the Rights Issue:

Issue Opening Date: February 03, 2023; and
Issue Closing Date: February 20, 2023
