Brigade Enterprises Ltd acquires 100% stake in Tetrarch Real Estates Pvt Ltd

Brigade Enterprises Limited has acquired 100% stake in the equity shares of Tetrarch Real Estates Private Limited from its existing shareholders. Accordingly, Tetrarch Real Estates Private Limited has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company with effect from 13th January, 2023.

It has a networth of Rs. 96,70,519.14/- (Rupees ninety six lakh seventy thousand five hundred nineteen and fourteen paise only), turnover of Rs.28,647/- (Rupees twenty eight thousand six hundred forty seven only) for the period ended 31st December, 2022.

Shares of Brigade Enterprises Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 437.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 441.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2943 in over 351 trades.
