Indrayani Biotech Ltd updates on Vasan Medical Center India Pvt Ltd

IBL Healthcare Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Indrayani Biotech Limited, is the successful resolution applicant of Vaasan Medical Center India Private Limited ("VMCIPL"), as declared by the CoC and the matter is pending before Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal ("NCLT"), Chennai.

In the meantime, effective today (13/01/2023), the Operation Management of VMCIPL is being handled by IBL Healthcare Limited under the supervision of the Resolution Professional.

VMCIPL is in the business of running a chain of pharmacy retail stores under the name and style of "Vasan Medical Hall" in Trichy and adjoining districts of Tamil Nadu. Vasan Medical Hall is a household name for medicine purchase and has earned huge customer goodwill in central Tamil Nadu over a period of several decades.

Shares of INDRAYANI BIOTECH LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 81.50 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 79.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 27445 in over 189 trades.
