Akashdeep Metal Industries Ltd to change name as Kalyan Capitals Ltd

The Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held on today i.e., January 11th, 2023, have considered and approved the proposal to change the name of the company from "Akashdeep Metal Industries Limited" to "Kalyan Capitals Limited" and consequential alteration to the Memorandum of Association and Article of Association of the Company.

The board approved proposal to adopt the new set of the Memorandum of Association of the Company ("MOA") and to adopt the new set of the Article of Association of the Company ("AOA") as per the Companies Act, 2013.

The board also approved proposal for obtaining shareholders' approval through Postal Ballot procedure to change the name of the company and adoption of new set of MOA & AOA. The notice of Postal Ballot and voting instructions shall be sent only through email to the shareholders.

Shares of Akashdeep Metal Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 88.75 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 90.35. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7359 in over 85 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 90.00 and intraday low of 87.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 650162.00.
