Optimus Finance Ltd approves conversion of 19 lakh warrants

The Board of Directors of Optimus Finance Ltd at its meeting held today i.e. on Saturday, 7th January, 2023 at the registered office of the Company, has considered and approved the conversion of 19,00,000 warrants into 19,00,000 Equity shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each out of the warrants allotted on 14th October, 2022 on Preferential Basis to Strategic Investors not forming part of the Promoter or Promoter Group entity.

Consequent to the aforesaid allotment, the paid-up equity capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 5,57,23,000/- consisting of 55,72,300 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 7,47,23,000/- consisting of 74,72,300 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each.

Shares of Optimus Finance Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 53.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 53.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 424 in over 15 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 55.00 and intraday low of 52.05. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 22352.00.
