Satin Creditcare Network Ltd to raise Rs. 25 crores through NCDs

The Working Committee of the Board of Directors of Satin Creditcare Network Ltd, in its meeting held today, i.e. Friday, January 6, 2023, has considered and approved the terms and conditions for issuance of 2500 (Two Thousand and Five Hundred) secured, rated, listed, redeemable, transferable, non-convertible debentures of face value of INR 1,00,000 (Indian Rupees One Lakh) each, with an aggregate value of INR 25,00,00,000 (Indian Rupees Twenty Five Crores) on private placement basis.

Shares of Satin Creditcare Network Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 160.65 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 161.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 17122 in over 898 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 162.95 and intraday low of 159.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2757546.00.
