SecUR Credentials Ltd allots 3,07,97,070 Bonus equity shares

The Board of Directors of SecUR Credentials Limited has approved allotment of 3,07,97,070 Bonus equity shares of Rs. 10/- each on Thursday, January 5, 2023.

The shares are allotted in the ratio 3:1 i.e., 3 (Three) new equity shares of Rs. 10/- each for every 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 10/- each held by eligible shareholders whose name appear in the Register of Shareholders of the Company as on January 4, 2023, i.e. the Record Date fixed for this purpose.

The Bonus equity shares as allotted above, shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing fully paid-up equity shares of the Company.

Shares of SecUR Credentials Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 32.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 34.85. The total number of shares traded during the day was 89702 in over 1197 trades.
