ARC Finance Ltd to increase authorized capital to Rs. 91 crore

The Board of Directors of ARC Finance Ltd in its meeting held on 05th January, 2023 has considered and decided to increase the Authorized share capital of the company from Rs. 51,00,00,000 (Fifty-One Crore) to Rs. 91,00,00,000 (Ninety One Crore) divided into 91,00,00,000(Ninety One Crore) Equity shares of Rs. 1/- each of the company and consequent alteration of Memorandum of Association of the Company, subject to approval of Shareholders.

The board also approved adoption of new set of Article of Association as per Companies Act, 2013.
