Symbiox Investment & Trading Co Ltd to raise Rs. 20 crore through rights issue

The Board of directors of Symbiox Investment & Trading Co Ltd has considered and approved the proposal to raise fund for an amount not exceeding Rs. 20,00,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Crore only), through a Right Issue to the eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on Record date (to be notified subsequently). The rights issue will be either equity or any other convertible instruments.

The board has constituted the Right Issue Committee to proceed with the Right Issue and, decide the other terms and conditions of the Right Issue, including deciding on the Record date, determining the rights issue price, rights entitlement ratio, appointment of intermediaries and other related matters.

Shares of Symbiox Investment & Trading Company Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 6.04 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 5.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 870292 in over 2115 trades.
