The Board of Directors of Adcon Capital Services Limited at its meeting held on today i.e. January 2, 2023 considered and approved the allotment of 29,59,25,000 partly paid up equity shares of face value of ₹ 1/- each for cash at a price of ₹ 1/- per rights equity share ₹ 1/- per fully paid-up Equity Share (On Application ₹ 0.90 per Equity Share) aggregating to ₹ 2959.25 Lakhs (Issue) as per the Basis approved by BSE Limited on January 2, 2023.
