Nitta Gelatin India Ltd board approves rights issue

The Board of Directors of Nitta Gelatin India Limited ('the Company') at its meeting held today, i.e., 2nd January, 2023, has approved the issuance of equity shares of the Company having face value of Rs. 10/- each, on a Rights basis to eligible equity shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date (to be determined and notified later) for an amount of upto Rs. 40.77 Crores (the "Rights Issue").

Shares of NITTA GELATIN INDIA LTD. was last trading in BSE at Rs. 640.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 616.60. The total number of shares traded during the day was 14378 in over 674 trades.
