Sanghi Industries Ltd allots 73,26,000 to promoter group entity

The Business Operations and Finance Committee of the Board of Directors of Sanghi Industries Ltd at their meeting held on Friday 30th December, 2022, has approved the allotment of 73,26,000 (Seventy Three Lakh Twenty Six Thousand) Equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each at a price of Rs. 68.25 per share (including security premium of Rs. 58.25 per share) on private placement (Preferential Allotment) basis aggregating to Rs. 49,99,99,500/- to Thinkfar Tradelink Private Limited (A Promoter Group Entity).

Shares of Sanghi Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 69.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 68.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 31901 in over 526 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 72.05 and intraday low of 68.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 2247665.00.
