La Tim Sourcing (India) Private Limited (Subsidiary of La Tim Metal & Industries Limited) has decided to the sale of Land Parcel of 417.4 Gunta situated at village Pali, Taluka - Sudhagarh, District- Raigarh, Maharashtra - 410205 to IRA Latim Farm LLP (Purchaser) at the total consideration of 7.56 Crores to be received into 3-6 months period. The said fund to be utilized for the repayment of debt and working capital of the company.

The Transaction with IRA Latim Farm LLP is Related party Transaction and executed on arm's length basis.
