Sheela Foam Ltd allots 4,87,82,808 bonus equity shares

Pursuant to approval granted by the Shareholders vide Postal Ballot for issue of Bonus Shares on December 12, 2022, the members of Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Sheela Foam Ltd has approved the allotment of 4,87,82,808 equity shares of Rs. 5/- each as fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares on December 23, 2022, in the ratio of 1 (One) equity share of Rs. 5/- each for every 1 (One) equity shares of Rs. 5/- each held to the eligible members whose name appear in the list of beneficial owners as on December 22, 2022 being the record date fixed for this purpose.

Shares of Sheela Foam Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1241.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1242.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2856 in over 795 trades.
