Sarthak Industries Ltd approves allotment of 23,22,950 bonus shares

The Board of Directors of Sarthak Industries Limited has approved the allotment of 23,22,950 Equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each amounting Rs. 2,32,29,500/- to existing shareholders in the proportion of 1 (One) new fully paid-up Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupee Ten) each for every 3 (Three) existing fully paid-up Equity Share of Face Value of Rs. 10/- (Rupee Ten) each held, to the eligible members whose name appear in the list of beneficial owners as on December 20, 2022, being the record date fixed for this purpose.

The new Bonus Equity Shares allotted shall rank pari-passu in all respects with the existing Equity Shares in the Company.
