Tainwala Chemicals and Plastics India Ltd to avail Rs. 10 crores loan from MD

The Board of Directors of Tainwala Chemicals and Plastics India Ltd at its meeting held today i. e., 22nd December, 2022, has considered and approved availing unsecured loan for an amount not exceeding Rs. 10,00,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Crores only) from Mr. Ramesh Tainwala, Managing Director of the Company.

Shares of Tainwala Chemical and Plastic (I) Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 98.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 99.70. The total number of shares traded during the day was 3831 in over 257 trades.
