Koffee Break allots 9750000 warrants

Koffee Break Pictures Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 14, 2008, inter alia, has also allotted 97,50,000 convertible warrants, each Warrant carrying right to subscribe to one equity Share of the Company of Rs 10/- each at a price of Rs 21/- with effect from June 14, 2008.
