United Breweries allots 24004825 equity shares

United Breweries Ltd has announced that the Board of Directors of the Company, at its meeting held on June 13, 2008 have allotted 2,40,04,825 Equity Shares of Re 1 each issued at a price of Rs 177 per equity share to all valid application received in the Rights Issue. The issue closed on May 29, 2008.
