3i Infotech Ltd forms wholly-owned subsidiary namely 'NuRe CampusLabs Private Limited'

The Board of Directors of 3i Infotech Limited has approved the incorporation of another wholly-owned subsidiary in India on December 20, 2022. This subsidiary is a private company limited by shares called "NuRe CampusLabs Private Limited" and is a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.

Shares of 3i Infotech Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 42.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 43.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 156559 in over 1849 trades.
