Sarthak Metals Ltd Board approves Dividend of Rs. 1

The Board of Directors of Sarthak Metals Ltd at its meeting held today i.e., Tuesday, 20th December, 2022 had considered and declared the Interim Dividend at the rate of Re. 1/- (Rupee One) (10%) per Equity Share bearing Face Value of Rs. 10/- each for the financial year 2022-23.

The Interim Dividend will be paid on or before 19th January, 2023.

Friday, 30th December, 2022 has been fixed as 'Record Date' to determine the list of eligible members for the payment of Interim Dividend.

Shares of Sarthak Metals Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 138.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 137.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 5225 in over 214 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 140.00 and intraday low of 133.10. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 718479.00.
