Gloster Ltd allots 54,71,630 bonus equity shares

The Share issue and Allotment Committee of Board of Directors of Gloster Ltd at their meeting held today i.e., December 19, 2022, has allotted 54,71,630 fully paid up equity shares of Rs. 10/- each as fully paid up bonus equity shares, in the ratio of 1:1, i.e.. One (1) equity share of Rs 10/- each for every One (1) existing equity share of Rs. 10/- each, to the eligible members of the company as on 17 December, 2022, being the Record Date fixed for this purpose.

Accordingly, the paid up share capital of the Company has increased from Rs. 5,47,16,300/- compromising 54,71,630 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each to Rs. 10,94,32,600/- compromising 1,09,43,260 equity shares of Rs. 10/- each.

The Bonus equity shares as allotted above, shall rank pari-passu in ail respects with the existing fully paid up equity shares of the Company.

Shares of Gloster Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 836.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 879.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 9133 in over 641 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 878.00 and intraday low of 815.50. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 7624869.00.
