Murudeshwar Ceramics Ltd allots 2,850,000 warrants

The Board of Directors of Murudeshwar Ceramics Ltd at their meeting held today December 16, 2022 has allotted warrants convertible into equal number of equity shares at a price of Rs. 47 (Face Value - Rs. 10, Premium - Rs. 37) to Murudeshwar Power Corporation Private Limited (2137500 Share Warrants) and RNS Infrastructure Limited (712500 Share Warrants).

Further, the company has received upfront consideration and the balance consideration shall be received at the time of allotment of the equity shares pursuant to exercise of options against each such warrant by the warrant holders.

Shares of Murudeshwar Ceramics Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 40.45 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 40.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23394 in over 274 trades.
