TruCap Finance Ltd to consider fund raising on Dec 19, 2022

A meeting of the Board of Directors of TruCap Finance Limited will be held on Monday, December 19, 2022, to consider the proposal for fund raising by way of issuance of equity shares and/or convertible warrants in accordance with Chapter V of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018 as amended, and issuance of unlisted, unrated, secured non-convertible debentures on preferential basis to non-promoters.
