Ganesha Ecosphere Limited has been allotted 59,26,200 equity Shares of face value of Rs. 10/- each (constituting 8.02% of the issued and paid-up share capital) by M/s. Am plus RJ Solar Private Limited (CIN: U40106DL2017PTC314694)

The Company, as a captive user, shall purchase electricity generated from Solar PV Generating Station to be established by the target entity in state of Uttar Pradesh.
