DiGiSPICE Technologies Ltd's CEO resigns

Mr. Chandrachur Ghosh, Chief Executive Officer, designated as Whole Time Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, has tendered his resignation from the said position on 8th December, 2022.

Mr. Ghosh will be serving his notice period till 31st January, 2023 and will be relieved from the services of the Company from the close of business hours of 31st January, 2023.

Shares of DiGiSPICE Technologies Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 28.90 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 24.75. The total number of shares traded during the day was 464575 in over 2165 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 29.70 and intraday low of 25.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 13546716.00.
