Spandana Sphoorty Financial Ltd raises Rs. 100 crores through NCDs

The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited vide its resolution dated December 08, 2022, Thursday has approved and allotted 1,000 (One Thousand) Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) each, at par, on a private placement basis in demat form, for consideration of an aggregate amount of Rs.100,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Crores only) issued through Disclosure Document dated December 07, 2022.

Shares of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 586.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 559.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1626 in over 93 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 587.00 and intraday low of 564.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 946567.00.
