Max Financial Services Ltd completes acquisition of 5.71% stake hled by MSI in Max Life

Today, Max Financial Services Limited has completed the transaction for the acquisition of the balance 5.17% stake held by Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance Company Limited, Japan ('MSI'), in Max Life Insurance Company Limited ('Max Life'), a material subsidiary of the Company. After the aforesaid transaction, the shareholding held by the Company in Max Life stands increased to 87%.

Shares of Max Financial Services Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 707.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 705.30. The total number of shares traded during the day was 11806 in over 836 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 710.50 and intraday low of 697.20. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 8333708.00.
