Madras Cements Board to consider interim dividend

Madras Cements Ltd has announced that a meeting of the Board of Directors of Company will be held on October 30, 2006, inter alia, to take on record the un-audited financial results for the half year ended September 30, 2006 & Auditors Limited Review for the half year ended September 30, 2006.

Further the Company has informed that the Board of Directors will also consider payment of interim dividend.
