Reliance Infrastructure allots 1.21 crore shares to VFSI Holdings Pte Ltd

Reliance Infrastructure Limited ('the Company') has today issued and allotted 1,21,00,000 equity shares of Rs. 10 each to VFSI Holdings Pte. Ltd, upon exercise of its right to convert the equivalent number of warrants held by it, along with payment made of the balance 75% of issue price. The aforesaid equity shares shall rank pari passu in all respect with the existing equity shares of the Company.

Shares of Reliance Infrastructure Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 156.30 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 158.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 175741 in over 1821 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 160.75 and intraday low of 155.60. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 27731799.00.
