Ashiana Housing Ltd gets 65 bookings for phase 1 of Ashiana Advik

Ashiana Housing Ltd have converted 65 units into booking (comprising area 107,184 sq. ft. area) out of 125 expression of interests received for phase 1 of the project "Ashiana Advik". The process of conversion of expression of interest into booking started on 15th November 2022, which is in progress, and we expect more conversions in near future.

"Ashiana Advik" phase 1 is a senior living project comprising 192 units of 1 BHK, 2 BHK & 3 BHK units, and 37 villas, with total saleable area of 3.55 lakh sq. ft., is located at Bhiwadi (Rajasthan).

Shares of Ashiana Housing Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 146.95 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 145.40. The total number of shares traded during the day was 7346 in over 264 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 150.05 and intraday low of 146.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1089357.00.
