NCLT approves merger of subsidiary with KDDL Ltd

The National Company Law Tribunal, Chandigarh Bench has approved the amalgamation of "Satva Jewellery and Design Limited", a wholly owned subsidiary Company with "KDDL Limited", holding Company.

Shares of KDDL Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1010.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1005.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 1366 in over 387 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1019.20 and intraday low of 984.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 1368831.00.
