The Management Committee of the Board of Directors of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited at its meeting held on Friday, December 02, 2022 has considered and approved the issuance of 500 (Five Hundred) Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) each aggregating upto Rs. 50,00,00,000/- (Rupees Fifty Crores only) with a green shoe option of up-to 500 (Five Hundred) Senior, Secured, Rated, Listed, Redeemable, Non-Convertible Debentures having face value of Rs. 10,00,000/- (Rupees Ten Lakh only) each aggregating upto Rs. 100,00,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred Cores only) on private placement basis.

Shares of Spandana Sphoorty Financial Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 550.00 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 552.05. The total number of shares traded during the day was 482 in over 22 trades.
