Grasim Industries Ltd allots NCDs for Rs. 1,000 crore

The members of the Stakeholders' Relationship Committee of the Board of Directors of Grasim Industries Limited vide its circular resolution dated 1st December 2022 has allotted 10,000 - 7.63% Rated, Listed, Unsecured, Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 10 Lakh each (Series 22-23 II, 7.63% GIL 2027) aggregating to Rs. 1,000 Crore, on private placement basis.

These NCDs have been rated "AAA (STABLE)" by CRISIL and ICRA.

Shares of Grasim Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1797.20 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1757.90. The total number of shares traded during the day was 23158 in over 1802 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1805.70 and intraday low of 1761.35. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 41442852.00.
