Dharmaj Crop Guard IPO subscribed 35 times on final day

Dharmaj Crop Guard Limited, an agrochemical company engaged in the business of manufacturing, distributing, and marketing of a wide range of agro chemicals such as insecticides, fungicides, herbicides, plant growth regulator, micro fertilizers and antibiotic to the B2C and B2B customers has received bids of 28,43,51,760 shares against the offered 80,12,990 equity shares, at a price band of ₹216-237, according to the data available on the stock exchanges.

Overall the issue was subscribed 35.49 times on the final day of bidding.

Non-Institutional Portion was subscribed the most with 52.29 times followed by qualified institutional buyer that saw a response of 48.21 times. Retail portion was subscribed 21.53 times. The reserved portion for Employees was subscribed 7.48 times.

Elara Capital (India) Private Limited and Monarch Networth Capital Limited are the book running lead managers whereas Link Intime India Private Limited is the registrar to the Issue.
