Janus Corporation allots bonus shares

The Board of Directors of Janus Corporation Limited at its meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, 30th November, 2022 commence at 5:30 P.M. and concluded at 6:50 P.M at its registered office at 513 Stanford Building Link Road, Andheri West Mumbai - 400053, has approved the allotment of 76,52,000 (Seventy Six Lacs Fifty Two Thousand) equity shares having face value of Rs. 10/-(Rupees Ten only) each as fully paid-up Bonus Equity Shares in the ratio of 4:3 i.e. Four bonus equity Shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up- for every Three existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- each Fully paid up further the fraction in shares shall be rounded of the nearest digit, to the eligible members whose name appear in the register of members / list of beneficial owners as on November 28, 2022, being the record date fixed for this purpose.
