Dilip Buildcon Limited [the "Company" or "DBL") has transferred is balance 51% equity shareholding in DBL Sangli Borgaon Highways Ltd. to Shrem InvIT ("Purchaser") on November 29, 2022. The Company has received Rs. 46.15 crores against transfer of balance 51% shareholding of DBL in DBL Sangli Borgaon Highways Ltd.

Shares of Dilip Buildcon Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 236.70 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 233.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 82419 in over 1586 trades.
