7NR Retail Limited allots bonus shares

The Board of Directors of 7NR Retail Limited, in their meeting held today, i.e. 29th November, 2022, at the Registered Office of the Company, which commenced at 6:00 P.M. and concluded at 6:30 P.M., has considered and allotted Bonus equity shares having face value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One Only) each in the proportion of 1 (One) new fully paid-up equity share for every 5 (Five) existing equity shares held by the Shareholders of the Company as on the Record Date determined by the Board.
