Tega Industries Limited dissolves SPV in Bahamas

Tega Investments Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Tega Industries Limited, which was incorporated as a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) in Bahamas, has been dissolved and accordingly, Tega Investments Limited ceases to exist.

Shares of Tega Industries Ltd was last trading in BSE at Rs. 572.60 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 574.65. The total number of shares traded during the day was 887 in over 186 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 575.20 and intraday low of 566.95. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 507275.00.
