Aarti Surfactants Ltd to raise Rs. 49.60 crores through rights issue

The Right Issue Committee of the Board of directors of Aarti Surfactants Ltd, at its meeting held on Friday, November 25, 2022 has approved the following terms of the Rights Issue.

Instrument: Partly paid-up equity shares having a face value of Rs.10/- each ("Equity Shares") upto Rs. 49.60 crores.

Appointment of Merchant Banker: Fedex Securities Private Limited has been appointed as 'Lead Manager / Merchant Banker' in respect of the said issue and to carry out the process of due diligence.

Shares of Aarti Surfactants Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 725.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 711.15. The total number of shares traded during the day was 619 in over 137 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 760.00 and intraday low of 715.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 450978.00.
