Arihant Superstructures Ltd to buy 25 acres land off Mumbai-Pune highway

Arihant Superstructures Limited has ventured into an outright purchase of 25 acres of land at Chowk, off MumbaiPune highway. This stretch houses major township projects from the Hiranandani Communities, Wadhwa Developers and Godrej Properties. The project is set for a low rise development of ~200 bungalows. The project will have a unique design concept and 2-in-1 living of 1st and 2nd home.

Commenting on the development, Mr. Ashok Chhajer, Chairman and Managing Director, Arihant Superstructures Limited said, "Mumbai is witnessing Delhi style of bungalow living and this is possible due to the excellent infrastructure in place and being developed in Navi Mumbai. The project shall have the fastest travel time of 1 hour from South Mumbai after completion of Mumbai Trans Harbour Link (MTHL) connecting Mumbai and Navi Mumbai."

Shares of Arihant Superstructures Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 218.05 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 217.45. The total number of shares traded during the day was 886 in over 104 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 219.55 and intraday low of 217.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 193020.00.
