Ester Industries to give Corporate Guarantee for Ester Filmtech Ltd's borrowing

Ester Industries Limited has decided to give Corporate Guarantee in favour of Bank of India, Bank of Baroda and HDFC Bank Ltd. (the Lenders) for extending Working Capital facilities in favour of Ester Filmtech Limited, wholly owned Subsidiary of the Company for an amount of Rs. 1,41,80,00,000/- (Rupees One Hundred and Forty One Crores and Eighty Lakhs only) (Working Capital facilities). The guarantee, once executed, will be valid throughout the tenure of the facility.

Shares of Ester Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 134.35 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 137.95. The total number of shares traded during the day was 30737 in over 1348 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 138.35 and intraday low of 133.25. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 4155945.00.
