Dhunseri Tea and Industries Ltd to acquire 3 tea estates from Warren Tea Ltd

Dhunseri Tea and Industries Ltd has entered into Memorandum of Understanding on 21st November, 2022 with Warren Tea limited for acquisition of the following three tea estates located in the State of Assam:

i. Duamara Tea Estate
ii. Tara Tea Estate
iii. Deohall Tea Estate

Duamara Tea Estate, a unit of Warren Tea Limited located at P.O. Margherita, Doom Dooma, Dist. Tinsukia, Assam 786181. The gross consideration is Rs. 32.95 Crore.

Tara Tea Estate, a unit of Warren Tea Limited located at P.0.Kakojan, Doom Dooma, Dist. Tinsukia, Assam - 786151. The gross consideration is Rs. 36.50 Crore.

Deohall Tea Estate, a unit of Warren Tea Limited located at P.O.Hoogrijan, Dist. Tinsukia, Assam 786601. The gross consideration is Rs. 21.35 Crore.

Shares of Dhunseri Tea & Industries Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 219.10 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 207.20. The total number of shares traded during the day was 2877 in over 200 trades.
