Godrej Woodsville, Pune records sales 6.90 lakh square feet aggregating to INR 500 crore

Godrej Properties Ltd. (GPL), (BSE scrip id: GODREJPROP), one of India's leading real estate developers, today announced that it has achieved sales worth INR 500 crore through the launch of its new project, Godrej Woodsville in Hinjewadi, Pune. The company, till date has sold 675+ homes accounting for an area of over 6.90 lakh square feet for the project launched in September 2022.

Godrej Woodsville is a residential project, located at Hinjewadi and is in close proximity to Mula Mutha River. The project is strategically located to provide easy connectivity to the IT and lifestyle hubs in Hinjewadi along with access to schools, hospitals, malls, restaurants and premium hotels.

Shares of Godrej Properties Limited was last trading in BSE at Rs. 1306.85 as compared to the previous close of Rs. 1293.00. The total number of shares traded during the day was 48777 in over 3980 trades.

The stock hit an intraday high of Rs. 1316.85 and intraday low of 1270.00. The net turnover during the day was Rs. 63211201.00.
